Ingredients:

✔ 3/4 cup Butter, softened
✔ 3/4 cup Sugar
✔ 1 Egg
✔ 1 1/2 cup Flour, unsifted
✔ 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
✔ 1 cup Apples, shredded
✔ 3/4 cup Oats, uncooked
✔ 1/2 cup Brown sugar
✔ 1 tsp Vanilla
✔ 3/4 tsp Soda
✔ 3/4 tsp Salt

Topping:
✔ 6 oz Chocolate chips
✔ 1 cup Chopped pecans
✔ 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
✔ 2 tsp Milk

Directions:

Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add in egg and vanilla and beat. Add in dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Stir in apples and oats. Spread evenly on generously greased pizza pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven. While hot sprinkle with 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips. Let stand until soft then spread. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans on top of chocolate. Sift 1/2 cup powdered sugar, add 2 teaspoons milk. Mix until smooth. Drizzle on top of pizza cookie.

Ingredients:

✔ 2 cn Crescent dinner rolls
✔ 1 Tbs Sugar
✔ 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
✔ 1 Almond paste tube
✔ 1/2 tsp Almond extract
✔ 1 cup Green grapes, seedless-halved
✔ 1 cn Mandarin oranges, drained
✔ 2 Kiwi fruit, sliced, quartered
✔ 2 Tbs Sugar
✔ 2 cup Strawberries, halved
✔ 1 cup Raspberries
✔ 1/2 cup Apricot preserves
✔ 1/4 cup Almonds, slivered, toasted

Directions:

Heat oven to 375. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased jelly roll pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Sprinkle with 1 T. sugar. Bake at 375 for 14 to 19 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, almond paste, almond extract and 2 T. sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust; top with fruit. Heat preserves in small saucepan until melted. Brush over fruit. Sprinkle with almonds. Cover; store in refrigerator.
